Tania leads on Research, Inquiry and Quality Assurance. She works to ensure that we are always reflecting on our work and pushing the boundaries of best practice. She will share, if you want her to, news, research, reports and impact data.
She is mum to Clara and Eliza, who are 9 and 7. She is also wife to Matt, and took Charlotte's 'best friend' spot throughout secondary school and beyond.
She is irritatingly intelligent, incredibly efficient and highly analytical.
Lucy is our Project Manager. She is highly organised and plays an essential role in ensuring the good running of our business. Lucy is mum to Freya, who is 7 and wife to Graham. She is great for gossip about MAFS or Below Deck. She is capable of bringing confidence, certainty and clarity to even the most chaotic set of circumstances. She is kind, funny and cares deeply about doing the right thing for our clients, and, ultimately, the children and young people that our work serves.

Our great people
As founders, Gareth & Charlotte may be the people that step into schools, but Navigate is strengthened every day by the team, the partners, the children, the friends and the families who shape our world and remind us what matters.

Maureen McKenna brings over two decades of senior leadership experience in education, most recently as Director of Education for Glasgow City Council. Under her leadership, suspensions fell by 93% and attainment more than trebled, particularly in areas of greatest deprivation. Recognised with an OBE for services to education, Maureen continues to champion equity and inclusion through a range of national and international roles. At Navigate, she acts as a trusted critical friend - offering challenge, perspective and deep expertise to strengthen our work and help us deliver meaningful, system-wide impact.
