How we show up matters
How we work matters as much as what we do.
Schools invite us into complex environments - often at moments of pressure, uncertainty or change.
You should know what we can do. But we think it matters just as much that you know what it will feel like to work with us.
How we show up
Steady in complexity
Schools carry competing pressures, priorities, and needs. We bring clarity and calm, not more urgency and noise.
Direct with care
We’ll notice what isn’t working and we’ll say it. We'll say it clearly, compassionately, and without shame, blame or diminishing the people doing the work.
Walking with you
You know your setting, your people, and your community. We bring another lens, experience and expertise - and then work alongside you to strengthen what is already there.
Sustained capacity
We share our thinking, explain the why, and make recommendations practical and accessible. The aim is never dependency. It is confident people who can keep the work moving when we’re gone.
Our great people
As founders, Gareth & Charlotte may be the people that step into schools, but Navigate is strengthened every day by the team, the partners, the children, the friends, and the families who shape our world and remind us of what matters.

No one left behind
For us, that means more than inclusion.
It means belonging without lowering expectations. Access to learning and achievement. Adults who feel capable and fulfilled. Families who feel part of the picture. Communities with hope for what comes next. That’s the direction we’re working towards.
