Finding better outcomes for Children &
Young People
Our Offer
Our work is designed to nurture safe relationships, predictable environments and accessible recovery. The three strands of our work will help improve outcomes for children and young people, whilst helping the communities they contribute to, to thrive.

Our ambitions go beyond behaviour, and we are more than a series of tools that can be utilised on difficult days. Our approach puts emotional safety at the forefront and improves mental wellbeing by design. It recognises the changed world we live in and helps us process and positively respond to some of the negative consequences that those changes have had on behaviour and emotional health.

Our work is split into two core offerings; our Emotionally Safe Schools Programme and our Trauma Processing Programme. Within each of these you will find a combination of training and support.

Emotionally safe schools are predictable, purposeful and secure. Emotionally safe environments bring benefit to everyone who works and learns within them. They help us to feel valued, capable and worthy. They support us to remain regulated and engaged in learning, whilst fostering a sense of belonging, community and pride.
Trauma processing allows trauma experienced individuals to move from response to recovery. The Trauma Processing Programme ensures that our schools and colleges can recognise and support trauma responses. The Programme develops a culture that facilitates trauma processing and ensures that trauma recovery is accessible to all.
Engaged families are families that matter; that are understood, heard and empowered. Engaged families play a pivotal role in ensuring positive outcomes for the children and young people in their care. Engaging families is about understanding, connection, leadership and skill development. This programme is designed to help professionals develop positive and powerful relationships with the other adults in children's lives.
