Across education, people are working harder than ever, drawing on everything they know, yet finding that familiar approaches don't always reach as far as they used to.

Our understanding of relationships, and what children need to access learning, needs to keep pace with those changes.

There's already an enormous amount of knowledge, skill and good practice in our schools and communities. The opportunity is to realign how we use it, so that our approaches better match the needs of the generation we're working with.
