A handful of humans trying to help humanity find its way forward.

Who we are

Like everyone we work with, we are committed to creating the best

possible outcomes for each and every young person that we serve. We are familiar with the barriers; both systematic and psychological, that can stop us

from reaching that goal.

In a world that is characterised by increased need and growing

complexity, we strive to bring clarity, confidence and sustainable

change.

We are proud to be a small business that is invested in the impact

that our work has, in both every setting we work with and every individual our practice reaches.

As individuals, we offer diversity in our experience but find common ground in our ambition to make predictable relationships, safe environments and accessible recovery available to children and young people around the world.

At Navigate, you will not find reams of red tape, overwhelming amounts of information or training that never goes beyond the conference suite.

If you want a conversation that is rooted in knowledge, shaped by relevance and accessible by design, get in touch. We’re just a handful of humans trying to help humanity find its way forward.

What matters to us

We don’t want to add to the noise that surrounds mental health, emotional well-being and behaviour.

We are committed to helping you navigate it so that you can find progress in forward motion. At Navigate, we are committed to ensure that when it comes to accessing safe relationships, predictable environments and real recovery, no one gets left behind.

Our Directors work together to book-end the broad spectrum of behaviour. We combine teaching and leadership expertise with clinical practice and lived experience, and centre our work around evidence based approaches and equitable, measurable impact.

We strive to ensure that our team, our work and our support is always characterised by relevance, compassion and accountability.

Our Values

Relevance

Accountability

Compassion

As individuals, we continue to deepen our knowledge whilst pioneering the latest thoughts, leadership and research. Yet, for our clients, we carefully select the information we share.

Our support is not about our egos, it’s about your next steps, so we walk with you, providing you with the information, advice (and often reassurance) you need, as and when you need it.

Our support is intentionally diagonal, ensuring that everyone can contribute to the next small step, whilst being inspired by holding the ultimate destination in mind. It is relevant, accessible and ensures that no one gets left behind.

We could dress it up, but put simply, accountability means that we recognise the responsibility that comes with our roles.

We can’t promise that every project will be seamless. We can’t ensure that every adult will respond to our work without resistance, and we can’t guarantee the end of difficult days. But we can promise we will be at the end of the phone. That we will listen to feedback, continue to support and never avoid our responsibility to deliver impactful work.

Our expertise is rooted in experiences that have, at times, been humbling, harrowing, and, with the power of hindsight, at times ill-informed. We have walked in a variety of shoes and are humbled to walk alongside others.

We work collaboratively and compassionately; supporting everything from an improvement of the basics through to knowing what to do in moments that seem unimaginable.

You will not find judgement, shame or rigidity of thought, just curiosity, compassion and guidance.
